Get ready for our Coastal U10/ U12 Field Hockey Program!
This program will focus on Ball Control, Stick Skills, Dribbling, Passing, Receiving, Shooting, Team Development & more!
We are offering two locations for this program!
This program is offered to athletes of beginner and intermediate players Under age 12.
TOPSHAM YOUTH- will be held Wednesday nights (9 weeks of practice) at 20 Atwood Rd, Topsham

4:30-6:00pm U10 & U12
Beginning January 7, 14, 21, 28 February 4, 11, 18, 25 & March 4th
SACO YOUTH- will be held Sunday afternoons (9 weeks of practice) at XL Sports World- 400 North St, Saco
COACHED BY CAITLYN TREMBERTH
4:00-5:30pm U10 & U12
Beginning January 4, 11, 18, February 1, 8, 15, 22 & March 1 & 8th
NO PRACTICE SUNDAY, JANUARY 25TH
Tournaments begin in February. Our second session will consist of training time that focuses more on tournament play, game prep and strategy.

Sign Ups for tournaments will be sent via email once the season begins. Please note: All tournaments are OPTIONAL as they are an additional cost.
What to bring? … Stick, Shin Guards, Sneakers, Mouthguard & Water-bottle.
